After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education in 1972 and receiving a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Virginia in 1976, Cheryl Fornash spent 20 years as a marketing representative for IBM. Returning to her hometown of Richmond, Virginia, she spent 14 years in the retail jewelry business and has since been inspired to start her own venture - one that combines her expertise in the jewelry industry and the business skills gained from her career at IBM.
